351 Windsor ?s

Hi have a 302 in my 89 hatch. I have all the bolts on and a cam but still needing more power lol. I can decide if i should do the whole stroker kit or go with the 351. What kinda of horsepower could i expect out of the windsor? How much extra weight does it add? Sugestions on which would be the better route.

if you use aluminum heads the weight is pretty close to the same. I just picked up a 351 for my 66 project. I plan on using it as is for now with a re-ring and upgrade later. Changing out the cam and the springs and I should have a torque monster.

Well my ultimate goal would to reach 500 Hp and just thought it would be easier to reach with the 351.
