I think my 410 weighs less than did my 302.
The 302 had iron heads, EGR, and the AIR pump. The 410 has aluminum heads, no EGR, and no AIR pump.
And now that I have gone back to stock springs on the front, the front appears to be even higher than it was when it was stock. And that is with stock coupe springs from a 1994.
I think the biggest difference is the heads, each AFR head weighs about 20 lbs less than the stock iron heads.
