351w head question

So I am still trying to find 5.315 rods for my 347 build, but was wondering if I could use 351w heads on it. I will be spending most of my cheese on the bottom end for now, but will eventually go with aluminum heads and a victor intake in the future. So will the 351w heads fit the 302?

found the rods at CHP. Anyone know about putting the 351w heads on 302?

Should work, just keep in mind the head bolt holes are bigger on the 351w head than the 302
