#5 header pipe cold

Is the rocker stud broken?

You really need to pull the lower intake and look at the lifter and cam as well. I willing to bet they're both damaged. As giddyup suggested, I'd pull the head and look at the piston too.

Trick flow heads/rockers? Trick flow cam too?

Also, the polylock on that rocker is set in a different position relative to the rocker next to it. Do the other cylinders have a difference in polylock height btw exhaust and intake rockers?
The rocker stud is not broken. The poly-locks on all the other rocker arms are the same height on the intake and exhaust.

UPDATE

Well I know what I did wrong in the first place. When I was turning the push rod and tightening the rocker arm I stopped when I felt a little resistance turning the push rod then tighten the poly lock. Reading more I see that I should of went a I/2 turn more before tightening down the poly lock.
Started up the car and went for a drive and everything seems fine now. The rocker arms sound like a old sewing machine, very loud. Thanks everyone for your help! :nice:
