65 Gt - What Is This Part??

Happy Saturday everyone!

Am trying to diagnose a starting problem (won't start; turning the key gives nothing; 12v coming to the ignition switch at the black/yellow wire, but nothing going out; I get a click out of the solenoid when jumping from solenoid + to solenoid S, but no crank).

Anyway... in the process of troubleshooting at the solenoid, I see this thing attached. The markings are what you can see, plus "Tung Sol 20A 12V" stamped on the back. There's a big black wire (BBW) coming out of it, not sure where it goes.

Can someone please tell me what this is? Could this be related to my starting issue...?

It looks like a circuit breaker.

It's a circuit breaker. You can buy one from a local part store for cheap. I'm not sure for the 65, but on foxbodys those are used for power locks, convertible tops, etc. So i doubt that has anything do to with the starter.
