68' stang--buck tag codes

I am checking out a C code 68' coupe. It is a project car that obviously has been around. At least the title matches the car.

One of the codes on the engine compartment buck tag is "CS." Does anyone know what it means? (ie c-stripe, collapsible spare, California Special or ??????????)

Does someone have a like to a 68' buck tag decoder?
