I have a chance of buying a 73 Fastback,351W body in not so good condition but they want 5,000. What do you think?

You'll probably get better responses in the "tech" or "talk" sections of this forum. Also, you'll have to provide lots more info. That being said, you should be aware that 71-73 Mustangs have fewer reproduction parts available than 64.5-70. You can probably answer your own question by browsing collector car trader online.
