86' 5.0 Carburated?later On..

Hi everyone, I'm Michael and I have a long history with the mustang going back to my Mothers purchase of a 19641/2 260cu/in white mustang which I inherited some years later. Then I purchased (I'm told, the first 1969 Boss 302 registered in Cali) it was yellow with black louvers and my boys would ride in the steering wheel while I drove. All that to say that I really love mustangs. I am currently doing a ground up restro on my wife's 64 Falcon Ranchero with a 86' 5.0 and aod. I'm looking for suggestions for proper jetting of the 1406 Edelbrock 600 cfm carb (yeah I know, don't ask). Any help would be appreciated.
