I did a search, and ran thru the idle surge checklist thread...
I just installed X303 heads & car now runs rich (plugs are black & black smoke out exhaust), idle surges/stalls & will only run smooth when accelerating. Car ran fine w/ stock heads. I have checked & rechecked vacuum lines wiring harnesses/connections, etc. Being it is Speed Density, will just switching heads cause this much of a problem?
Only other engine mods are a cobra intake & 1.7 rockers. Cam, pistons, injectors, etc. are stock.
