'88 TC hood on '88 stang?

i was curious about the dimensions and if it'd be possible to get a TC hood onto a stang. i like the functionality of the scoops and my plan was for a front mount i/c but to have my intake go up to where the old i/c went, build a shrowd around the cone intake and have a pretty neat CAI. it would use the scoops that was usually for the i/c and bring in air. i know i would just have a traditional CAI go up to where the airbox usually sits but i thought this would be cool and unique. comments?

Bolt on? Not even close.

Cut out and fit the TC scoops in? very possible. I acctually wanted to do that but I'm going to use a front mount so I have no use for a hood scoop.

no, i know that it wont just bolt on as it needs cut to begin with but i didnt know about the hood springs.

I'm pretty sure nothing about a thunderbird hood, springs or otherwise, will work on a mustang. Otherwise somebody woulda done it already.
