I bought this rear seat off a guy on craigslist and made the mistake of not checking any measurements.
I believe the seat bottom to be from a vert the bottom seat is roughly 41 inches across and 20 inches deep.
The seat backs are like 21.5 inches tall and wide. And are the pull down kind usually associated with the coup (not sure if they fit verts?).
The seat is vinyl and black. (not sure if it was "painted")
