94 5.0l Fuel/ignition Problem?

I have a 94 5.0. The car sat for a year or so. Just purchased it not to long ago. Drove it for 150 miles or so and while leaving work it sputtered as if it were out of gas. Died. Fired back up. Did the same thing and died. When I try to start it, it won't fire. The engine will turn over but will not fire. Fuel pump primes. Kind of lost at this point. Msd ignition. Had it towe'd to a local shop. Trying to figure out what could be up with it. any ideas?

does it have spark?
Fuel pressure?

I'll start there and go from there. I don't believe it's throwing any codes.. it's gonna have to wait till the morning for now

Little magnet broke off inside of Distributor cap. Should I just go with a rebuild kit from Americanmuscle.com? it's msd
