94-95 exhaust work on 96????

Going to be selling a friend of mine my exhaust off of my 1995 gt. He has a 96 will my x pipe and cat back fit?

cat back yes. 94,95,96,97 same. 98 different mounts for catback. transition into 99 style exhaust. the h pipe / x pipes are not interchangable without custom exhaust shop work. headers are positioned differently so no, the x pipe will not work, but the catback will
