I HAVE A PAIR OF 1994-95 EXPORT TAIL LIGHTS.
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THEM?

They differ in price. I've seen them go for as much as $400, while i paid a bit over 200 for mine. I'm sure Cythar will chime in. He's been importing them in and then reselling them. He will be able to give you fair market value for them.

i raise with a side of kettle cooked potato chips and a pickle. And i'm all in with a top shelf Long Island Iced Tea to wash it down.

I haven't been selling any for a while, no one is willing to pay the price I have to charge. To bring the cost down to a "reasonable" price, I would lose money on each set. The tail lights themselves are cheap, but the shipping charges went up through the roof. If you can sell for $300, you should get a buyer.
