"94-95 intake is restrictive, exhaust is good"

If your looking for all around performance with a quieter sound go for the dynomax ultraflow weldeds and a catted x pipe, it sounds mean as hell at idle and wot but nice and semi quiet during normal driving. I have a bassani catted x pipe with borla cat back and its a little obnoxious. Im going back to the ultraflows. Great flow numbers on those mufflers too.

The stock lower intake is the cork in the stock intake pieces. Porting the lower PROPERLY will make the stock intake a great match to the stock heads and will make equal AVERAGE numbers to an aftermarket or Cobra style intake over the usable 2,000-5,000 stock head/cam power band.

The stock ehaust system is not nearly as restrictive as people think - can you get power there? - yes. Ford designed the system to give 2.3-2.4" of water column back pressure. The stock headers work quite well with E7s (stock or ported) and stock GT40 heads up into the 275RWHP range. MOst guys change the headers out before that point though.
