rear rotor diameter is bigger in the rear though. 11.65" and vented vs 10.5" solid GT stuff.

I;d def take the front brakes though...but you'll need the master cylinder as well
 
Here's what I would take off a '95 CObra if i could. (except engine stuff)

Rear Axle
Front brakes complete to spindles
Master Cylinder, Booster, prop valve
ENtire ABS system
CObra ECU (if doesn't go with engine)
Seats (front and rear)
Gauge Cluster
leather e-brake
