95 EEC disconnect problems!

This is my first post so I hope someone can help. How do you disconnect the eec from the wire harness connector on my 95 stang? Is there a bolt or nut holding the plugs together? I have tried everything to pull the EEC from the harness connector but it won't budge. Please help! I'm sure its an easy fix.

First disconnect the battery. Then take a 10mm socket and undo the bolt in the center of the connector - should come right off.
