Finally got the top on my car but now other issues have risen....... As in the top won't move.. I replaced cage and all. Pump looked new lines are new. Relays by the pump never clicked...... Put my old pump back on and now relays click but top still won't move.. Is it the relay or the pump/ motor? Help please... Its under a carport but rain is moving in.
