96 cobra engine, value??

whats a 96 cobra engine complete with all accessories worth?? supposedly has 95K orginal miles on it

a buddy of mine picked one up for 2,8g that was including everything and had a t45 to go to....its was out of a 98 though...not sure of the milage....but it wasnt too high

thanks, i was looking at a coupe locally, the yard from here has a 96 cobra, thought about putting a mod motor in a 91 coupe
