96 Cobra motor/tranny/brakes swap

I have a 89 GT with 210k miles on it original everything except exaust. I came by a 96 Cobra with low miles that had been totaled hard in the rear. I'm looking to transfer the engine/manual tranny into my 89 and was wondering what all I need to make this swap happen (K-member, springs, headers, computer, etc). I was looking at the frpp m2300k brake kit before this ... is there any way i can use the brakes on this car to upgrade to 5 lugs and bigger discs all around (is this basically a m2300k kit) .... thanks for the input.

From what I understand you can swap it all not to mention that it would save ya a lot of cash!
