i just traded my coupe for a stock 98 cobra and have some questions.
what would be the best shift point to get the most of this car in the track?
what should i expect in the 1/4 mile time?
im posting this here because i cant find any answers int svt of 4.6 forms

Stock 13.8-14.1. Nothing super impressive, but the good news is that they wake up fairly well to mods.

Gears should DEFINATLY be one of the first mods you do. The majority seems to say 4.10's or even 4.30's for a 4v. 4.10's are arguably more daily driver freindly, but 4.30's will do more (hardly) at the track ONLY if you can hook.

As far as shift points, I'm not sure. I am not as aquainted with 4v's as I am 2v's but if It were me, probaly 65-6700 RPM to start.
