Electrical 99 GT No crank condition

Okay so I have a 99 Mustang GT 4.6L 5 Speed. The other day I got in it like I usually do and went to start it and it cranked for 1/2 a second then stopped. Now it won't crank at all. I turned the key and there is nothing, but everything else seems to light up and work.
I've tried leaving the battery off to reset the computer, no go.

I replaced the battery cable terminals and made sure all connections were tight. no go.

I checked every single fuse in the car. They are all good.

I checked power getting to starter, the main power cable is good but there is no power getting to the solenoid.

I've come to the conclusion so far that it is most likely either the Clutch safety switch or the ignition switch. If anyone has any tips on how to test these items so I can figure out if they are working or not that would be very helpful. Or if you have any other tips or clues as to what might be wrong throw it out there.

FYI. I have done some recent work. About 3 weeks ago I replaced the clutch in the car. After I got it back together it has run flawlessly until this issue. I have no reason to believe they are related.
