A/C evaporator core

I have the entire HVAC unit out of the car.
Changing the heater core and new blower, no problem.
But, how do you get the evaporator core out of the unit?

You need to cut the box open, replace the evaporator, then reseal it. See below URL.

Thanks, I was just looking at it. It is pretty ovious where to
cut it. Any idea where the new orifice goes in?

The liquid line contains a fixed orifice. You either replace the whole line, or use a "Liquid Line Repair Kit" to install another orifice.

The latter is more expensive and more work.
