.....Tha'ts a very rare and beautiful color but I have to agree with Saleen311, that doesn't appear to be the same Tangerine that was on the 5 94-98 Saleen's. EdgeMotorsport, you've got a 96 S281 in Tangerine, does that look like the same color to you?? It could just be the lighting or time of day:shrug: Nevertheless, it sure is beautiful.....

That sure is a beutiful car... I'm pretty sure it's not the same Tangerine that was on the 96 cars... unless Ford have used the same name on a different colour...

here's a few shots of mine in different lights.. I cant get mine to look like that one above... I doubt even photoshop could manage

The colour on the 06 is definately a metallic colour, im not sure the saleen paint (on the bumpers and skirts of mine) even has a clearcoat... each time I polish the car I go from a white towl to an orange one !!!! Im sure I must be saving weight shaving this paint of a few microns at a time....

Still... i'll be getting her resprayed totally once I'm 100% convinced that I can get ALL the stickers and badges new... By convinced I mean having at least 2 complete sets in my hand...

I notice there is not a solid side rear window on that Extreme:shrug: The numbering is correct and it seems to have the correct diffusers, but doesn't the Extreme's get the rear side windows replaced with solid inserts???

Yes I was at the show. I had the black '02 Saleen that was parked on the other side. The owner of the car above is Mike. He also has an 06 zo6 and just picked up a International CXT. I am on Carolina Rides and with FTS as well. Hit me up sometime if you are in my area.

I never looked at the sticker. Someone told me it was $86 grand. He is a really nice guy. You will see him at all the shows. I plan on meeting up with him at the Dale Jarrett show. You plan on going? I live in Monroe as well. I am about a mile from downtown. LOL

It is the 23rd of this month. The CRMC puts it on and there are usually 250+ cars.

You can order your E car with or without those window inserts.

To me that car looks like Beryllium. The color seems a little darker on the Mustangs probably due to the base color used for the car as well as the lines/shadows of the body style compared to the S7.

I love that color on the S7 but it has always seemed just a tad too dark to me on the Mustang.

$86k sticker for the E makes sense if it is a fairly low optioned E with the exception of the $15k paint job. You can configure an E over $97k on their site.
