a Leak in my new Tremec TKO500

Hello, I had my mechanic install a new aluminum driveshaft and Tremec TKO500 and the thing has a leak right where the driveshaft goes into the Tremec..It is dripping down on my cats causing a lot of smoke when I drive. My car has a new motor, clutch and tranny..Will the leak go away during the break-in process..Thanks.

My 3550 with a FMS drive shaft and it leaks just a tiny bit, just enough where you can see it, but it never drips on my garage floor. Was talking to another guy who has a 3550 at a car show and he said his leaks just the same along with two other guys who are running the 600 model. I'm sure this isnt normal but i'm not losing tons of fluid so i'm not sweating it.
