I've got a fresh A4 block, just bored .060 over and honed. Block is O-ringed and notchd fro a stroker, no sleeves. Powder coated black - cylinder and line hone done AFTER powder coating. Rich Groh of RGR engines did the bore and hone.

Block located on the south side of Chicago

$1000, will ship at buyers expense. I will also be driving from Chicago to Montana next week and delivery along that route could possibly be arranged.

Also, there are some specs on the inside of a couple of the cylinder walls, may or may not need a re-hone. They won't show up in pictures and you can't feel them with your finger nail, and they go away with steel wool. My dad is 60yo and has built a lot of race engines and says he wouldn't worry about it.

Block does have 1 minor repair made to the block, pictured below. But the powder coaters put a bolt and chain in one of the timing cover bolt holes and tried to lift the block  The crack did NOT extend to the water jackets or oil passages and was limited only to that 1 timing cover bolt. It was TIG'ed and re-tapped by a professional certified welder and is 100% solid and ready to go.

If you read this thread, lots of Coral'ers chimed in saying the block was ok.

Again, the crack was non-critical and did not extend to any passages.
