The rear end in my car is off center. Half an inch closer on the drivers side to the wheel well. Is this commen? Is something bent? My torque box on the passenger side looks like somebodys favorite place to jack up the car, its dented upwards towards the body about an inch, could that cuase this?

Most likely its a control bushing. You may have to loosen the control mounting bolts and shift the rearend over. The other things you need to look at are are follows.

With the C-Clip rearend has some play with each axle. Some runout is normal per axle.

Also sometimes the fender lips are not quite the same thickness or width.

If the car has been thrashed a bit then check the torque boxes for damage.

Anyway good luck but remember the FOX chassis is a mass produced thinly built pos and if you didnt get it hit then maybe you can ger some good control arms to fix the issue.
