ABS sensor really cause a dash cricket??

I have this ANNOYING chirping coming from my dash and cannot isolate it.

I unplugged my wipers motor and yanked the dash pod and the noise is still there.

Someone said the ABS sensor can be noisy. Really? I mean isn't it all solid state crap in there?
