Hey I know this has been talked about before but I have an 06 gt automatic and I want to add some trans fluid without taking it into dealer. I realize I probably have to buy a fluid pump but can anyone that's done it on their own please explain what you used and how you did it???
See I know it just needs topping off because I get a highpitched whine in 4th and overdrive when it's cold, but when trans gets hot and fluid expands it stops so this makes me feel it needs a tad more fluid and it probably will stop the noise.
