I dont know if this was a smart move or not..I picked up a Aftercooler with a Mondo bypass valve weld on it.
And im using a S-trim with the basic pulley setup..
but im sure I got to have more boost to use this setup.
What should I do? Keep it ..or Sell it? Thanks guys!

Well the bypass/blow-off valve won't hurt anything if you're not using it... it'll just sit there.

You can however get a more..., um..., "turbo-like" (making up my own terms for lack of a better one) performance from a centrifical by using a bov. Basically you drop the pulley size, to up the boost level at redline and then set the bov to open up at you're original desired boost level. So you wind up getting to 10lbs (arbitrary amount for example sake) sooner in the rpm range, then once there the bov vents the excess off from that point up till redline.

But you can just use the aftercooler as is if you like, and just have the bov as a added safety feature or something...

    Either way should work.
    :nice:

BOV is fine, dont use the aftercooler, they suck. I have no intercooler or anything on mine and makes a ton of trq. and power at 13 lbs boost, basically the same blower u have
