All back together, wont start

Hey guys, I finished putting my motor back together last night and it wont start. It will crank fast, but wont fire. My only plan right now is to turn the distributor 180 degrees assuming that may be the problem. If that doesnt work, what do you suggest I try?

Check to see if your getting spark from your coil?

If you are getting spark. Unplug the coil and remove a spark plug, turn it over a few times an see if any gas comes out. If not check your connections to the injectors. If no gas and connections are okay, reset the fuel pump breaker in the trunk. After that, check your timing again. Then check to see if you have any error codes from the computer.
