Alternator?

using my "Torque" app on my android the current voltage at the OBDII port is reading 12.4-12.9, varying with headlights, defrost, wipers, etc. At the gauge it is also reading lower then usual (being right about dead center) it is now leaning towards the "-" on the pictured batt. The alt had 132k miles on it and is the orig. I swapped it to the one that came on the used motor it was good reading 12.8-13.1 volts then started doing the same thing.

Time for a new alt?

I honestly wouldn't trust a cell phone app. My alternator is fairly new and my tuner tells me I have around 13.7ish volts. 132k is a lot of miles for an alternator, I changed mine at around 135k, but I'm not sure if it was the original. I'd get a new alternator just for preventative maintenance since I always have bad luck with alternators and batteries.
