I have the most annoying sound in the world.. it's constant.. it seems like it is coming from my Drivers side door kind of where the storage compartment is in the door... It could be inside the door because as I drive and its making the sound (like plastic rubbing and squeeking).. I kick my inside door panel, punch it.. but it still occurs.. If I heard it stop for one second then I would know where it came from. It could be coming from the dash right where the doo closes too.. its coming from that general vicenity... Does any one else have this sound.. It's very hard do describe.. I would say its a squeeking sound..

Help me, I have to make it stop :bang:

I describe mine as cricket sound.. it usually do it in certain rpm (1800-2200 rpm in my case) it comes and go...

I also tried experimenting with the A/C and stuff.. but it's not the A/C.. it's just something that you'll have to get use to..

I dont know what it is, but I have the exact same thing. I have read about it before, so I think it is sorta common. I think I even read a fix for it at one time. I dont remember where though.. Someone that remembers will probably chime in. Luckily, mine goes away for awhile when I throw a stiff elbow at it.

I have one that sounds like a bee is buzzing around in there. It comes from the vent on the dash right under the tweeter. I just put the volume up on the radio. Not much else I can do

I had the case of crickets coming from the dash. Where my noise ended up coming from was under the plastic piece that runs under the wipers. I took out the plastic piece very carefully and there are a few plastic tabs that actually fit down inside slots that are metal. The vibration of the plastic against the metal caused the cricket noise. I just put some electrical tape around the plastic tabs and re-enstalled the plastic piece and never heard the noise again. There was a post about this along long time ago that explained how to do it. Don't remember where though.
