Another driveline noise question

I'm new to the forums and have to say that there is a lot of great info here. I'm hoping that someone has run into this one ( as transmission and driveline noises seem to be pretty common points of discussion... ). When I shift into fifth gear (T5, not 3650), I get a rythmic sound like a gear rattle or bearing noise... kind of a "shoosh... shoosh... shoosh" sound. The tech at my dealership rode with me and said that it is not unusual and is actually pretty common in Ford trucks. A fix that he mentioned was shimming the transmission mount to bring the back of the transmission down... reducing the angle between transmission output shaft and driveshaft. Has anyone had this experience ??

Any information is certainly appreciated !!!
