another question to my smog delete

ok so when i take out my main rubber line there are two plastic lines with 90* rubber heads pluged into the main line i think there vacuum stuff...do i need to plug these? or not?? if so what do i use to do it??

Plug them. I used RTV to plug mine, just make sure it dries before you start the car.
