any of you guys collect Air Jordans?

I used to be really into Air Jordans, and am gettin back into them. Jus got the xxi pe's and wanna buy a pair of retros or 2. Was wondering what models any,if any of you guys have and if you like them? your favorites? etc. Im not expecting a big turn out over this post but hey, you never know?

Yea its a shoe, I remember in school people paying over $100 for them. Didnt know people collected them. I used to collect Jordan basketball cards

My buddy has special coverage on his homeowner's policy for his $5000+ Jordan collection. He will probably get shot some day going to the releases which are done here locally in the ghetto mall. He almost always has stories to tell after coming back from ground zero.

Haha i got more of a response then I thought id get. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot. Yes they are sneakers, expensive ones but I really dig um. You'd be surprised how much people have invested in collections of them and what they go for on ebay. Im open to any suggestions on good models to buy. Im a huge jordan fan. Basketball isnt the same anymore. I miss the bulls triumphs. Jordan was and is the most amazing athlete of my generation in his respective sport. Basketball is unwatchable today, nothing but gangster thugs.

I just saw MJ and his wife are getting a divorce in the news today.

I used to be REALLY into them....I love the V's and XI's the best with the first four next in no particluar order. I dont buy anymore though, I got tired of paying 100 plus for sneakers that i never wear...i'd rather buy stang parts I'v even tossed around the idea of selling some of them.

I was thinkin of gettin some 5s tommorow with xmas money. what should I expect to pay in the store and are they comfortable?

I shop at Payless and spend the difference on my Mustangs.

I got a pair for of the old school ones for like $60.00. everyone here is selling them and cheap.

Maybe they might be more expensive or worth more cause he is getting a divorce.
He's a nice guy...I rememeber driving to the north side to treat or treat at his house....I should have got a pair signed.

I think the current retro 5's are about $115-$125. I think they are very comfortable. I have three pairs of the 5's currently and had a fourth that i got rid of.
