any one thought about hallowing out stock cats?

    I wounder what the stock h pipe would sound like with hallowed out cats? You would have to be crazy to do it but I wounder what it would sound like.

    you would hinder performance since the flow would bounce around too much in the cats

    if that was the case would it hurt anything you think besides performance?

    they are welded on. if you go to the trouble to cut them off why not just weld in a piece of pipe to replace them?

    Borrow your buddies plasma torch and cut them open and hollow them out. Then borrow his tig welder and tig them back up!.:)

    Now you have a stock looking OR H pipe!:nice:

    Performance will be greater because now you have less restriction and your motor will breath easier. Ask anyone who has a OR H pipe. :nice:
