I had this issue long time ago, what the tire shop did was took a socket and hammered it on the lug and was able to take it off. And they was not stripped at all
Tire Shop has a special socket that will get it off. Its based off the same design as the Irwin Bolt-Grip extractors. They just put it on a Impact Gun in reverse, and it cinches down on the lugnut. They probably wont charge you a dime.
worst comes to worst ive used a chissle and mini sledge.and managed to spin them off or even make them brake in half enough to pop it off without damageing the threads
if they are the accorn style nuts you could always cut a slot into them. if you got one of those lug wrenches that has the flat point like a flat head screw driver at the end. that should work
