I've been training in Ishyan Ryu, Mui Thai, and Aikido for a few months now and just started in Krav Maga besides my normal bodybuilding.

Anyone else lift or train MMA?
HoustonGT said:I used to lift a good amount about a year ago (benching 280 and weighed in at a lean 155lb and 5' 9"). Hit a plateau for a while and then i had to switch up my whole training routine to fit my preparation for OCS. I stopped lifting and starting constantly running and doing ALOT of cardio, doing crunches, and pull-up as well. I lost ALL of my size and today was my 3rd day back at the gym. It felt like a second home when i went back this past Tuesday and plan to get back to my old size and strength while still being able to run a 20 min. 3-mile and keeping my pull-ups and crunches high... This is gonna suck
