Anyone ever reported a glass claim and got it listed as collision?

I am trying to report a glass claim on my rear window from my insurance company. I got the claim number and report yesterday. Under "type of claim," it says "Collision." I thought glass claims were different? Or do glass claims fall under collision? I don't want this to go on my insurance points or anything. Anyone else have any experience with this?

I thought glass was covered under comprehensive, unless it was damaged during an accident or while the car was moving.
