Actually, this is for the mustang's very big sister, an IRS equipped 93 thunderbird LX (302ho of course).
I am thinking of tackling this project myself but it's mighty busy down there. Lots of control arms and suspension pivot points and brackets and braces. I dont even know how one goes about taking the driveshaft out without dropping the tank! Hell, I cant even take the pumpkin cover off without unbolting some frame bracket.
Is this too much to tackle? Should I actually hand off to the "pros" on this one?
I'd love to do the work myslef just to say I did it.
I have 2 home-done gear installs under my belt so far but on the mustang, I can just drop the cover and get right to work.
Thanks in advance for any help
Pete
