Thats because the REAL OEM cobra R bumper is just a 99 Bumper + The lip which is held on by Zeus fittings. The bottom lip is removable....all those knock off are 1 piece.
You need this 99-01 SPLITTER, FRONT, STEEDA, COBRA MUSTANG and this 99-01 FRONT BUMPER COVER, COBRA MUSTANG and this 99/01 BEZEL, FOG LIGHT, RH, COBRA MUSTANG and this 99/01 BEZEL, FOG LIGHT, LH, COBRA MUSTANG and two of these 99-01 FOG LIGHT BRACKET, COBRA, RH/LH, 2 NEEDED PER CAR MUSTANG and finally two of these 99-01 FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY, COBRA MUSTANG That is going to be an expensive front end.
why dont you just buy the 1 peice bumper and then paint the foglight section flat black to make it look like the real deal
I'm sure if you look hard enough you can find a used 99-01 cobra bumper w/ everything already attached. Then you can just buy the steeda or ford racing front splitter.
