I am looking to put a set of Weld Draglite big n littles on my 06 GT. I have relocated the rear sway bar mounts to allow 15 out back and will run 3.5 inchers in front with spacers to get around the brakes. Here's the question, is anyone running a similar set up out there? I have seen lots of cars online and in mags running 15 inch Bogarts but can't find rear backspacing spec's. According to my measurements for a 15x10 inch wheel if I run 7.5 inch backspacing I will have like .75 inch clearance from the stupid outboard mounted shocks. The wheels are also offered in a 6.5 inch backspacing but that is dangerously close to putting the package into 70's scooby doo territory. I want those tires under the car where they belong not in the lane next to me. Tires will be Hoosier 275/60/15 DOT drag radials Any help would be great.
