I think they look awesome, but I've never heard anything about how much power they add. Right now I have a BBK cold air intake in my Stang, will the shaker hood put out more power, and if so how much?

Nah, the shakers are just functional enough so people with them can proudly claim, "hey, at least my hood scoop isn't fake!" They're mostly just for looks.
