I decided to run an old-school codes test using an analog multimeter. The car read a "Pass" on KOEO, but when I ran the test with the engine running, the needled on the multimeter didn't move at all. I checked all the connections and attempted the test multiple times, but still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.
