I bought an autometer tach from ebay. Whoever had it before me must have had a ricer because they cut the calibration loops. If I recconnect them will the tach work fine again for a v8?
Make sure you try to solder it with ROSIN core solder. It'd be a good idea to put some shrink tubing over it as well. It'd be nearly impossible to try and use butt connectors. BTW if 1 loop was cut it was for a 6 cyl if 2 were cut it was a 4 banger.
