B&M Transpak kit for C4?

Who has experience with them? Is it something I can install myself (I've never taken an auto tranny apart before), without pulling the tranny?

Do they work as well as they say? Does it make the C4 downshift at any speed, and hold the gear to any speed?

If it's not too difficult, I think I will install one when I install my new B&M tranny pan. I can't stand how my transmission won't downshift to 1st above 20mph. (Unless I do it manually)

I put one in last summer. You can do it. Very easy. Just read the directions carefully. I can't recall how much better it down shifted.... but it's up shifts were night and day over the stock shifts. It's a cheap up grade... and you don't have to pull the tranny. Go for it.

The transmission already has a Shift improver kit put in by the previous owner, but I want something with a bit more control, something that shifts more like modern day trannies.
