I'd just like to update everyone that has been following this. BBK responded to my complaint to the BBB and, AFAIK, it was Mr Rogers that did the responding not the President Mr Murphy, but who really knows... Anyway, Mr Murphy told me he'd give me "wholesale value" of the h-pipe if I returned it. I asked him TWICE what said "wholesale value" is and never got a response. Tonight I see this in their latest response to the BBB... "This "refund" is a figment of the customer's imagination. BBK has never suggested that this customer would receive a refund." Looks like they don't know how to communicate and/or their word means nothing. We already knew they don't care about customers or making parts that fit.
