As most of you know I'm a big fan of Speed Racer and I always thought I knew all there was to know about it, but alas today I have learnt otherwise.

Apparantly his father Pops had an indiscretion years ago with this Viking chick during a race in Norway and, well, as it turns out Speed has discovered he has a wayward half brother known as Speed Demon. He currently resides in St. Louis, and in an effort to fit in with the Racer's he has purchased a helmet from a yard sale being held by the football team at a local college which he feels also helps represent his Viking heritage. To further exemplify that he has also replaced the center "M" logo with a sword, a symbol common to his ancestors. I appologize for the red eye's but that happens sometimes when you take a quick picture. I am also sorry for the long explanation, but I thought some of you might find this discovery interesting and I also would hate to think that any ignorant self righteous people might mis-interpret what they see.

So, what do you think? Should I change for a while.

Yeah, isn't it grea...........hey, wait a sec, if you're the real Speed then it should be unbeknownst to you how to even get in touch with Rex?????? No one has seen him since he left home years ago. I would keep it a secret from Spritle for the time being though, I don't think he can handle it. Feel free to tell Racer X though. Maybe when I get the Mach 666 finished we can all race?

Me thinks someone is getting :owned: Or at the very least will be.... hopping mad. :rlaugh:

Way back in the 60s I didn't know he was my brother, but we had a coming out party in the late 80s and I found out.

I have a picture of me with a sword tattoo that one of the other Closet denizens gave me after our last party...........or at least that's what he said it was....I'm not sure after all, he was drunk and being a rabid half-baked toe-humping Christmas cookie, also has no fingers and the tattoo gun is much bigger than him...........I know, I'm rambling, but I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea.............

My God PAk... Is THAT the best you can do at a jab at me shoeboy ?
I mean , for real. You need to change your avatar allright.. The little line at the bottom that says " Got wits? "
Well, you need to change that to " Need wits". Possibly even " will sell my pos for some wits" . Maybe even , " In search of wits donor" :rlaugh:

Its just like all the Eleanor posts about the GT500 you made in general.. " Ima gonna get me a lamborghini and stick a Fiero kit on it blah blah blah". You are as predictable as a 6 year old kid, and you have the same sense of intelligence and "wit" to back it up. Simply and utterly pathetic. On a tremendously prolific scale, once again , you are the reigning IDIOT on this board. I would have had more respect if you would have called me something like "big turkey zooty head" . As I said before , you "lack ". Plain and simple. Dont you have some crayons laying around you can go color with ? :rlaugh: But dont worry , 65 is closing in on you . Yall can have a race ! If you havent noticed Pak, theres not the big rally against me this time for speaking against an upside down Cross. Left to the hysterically underdeveloped intelligence shining from your 4th grade mentality ,OHH LOOK ! Speed racer is comig on the idiot box ! Hurry before you miss ChimChim.... I simply laugh at you.
And 65 , you especially need to be careful , an old friend may come calling , leaving you regretting your posts. I pray not , but all the same.... Dont be a pathetic follower. If thinking that posting that image is funny or "open - minded" and you are " sophisticated, and free thinking " you are as big an idiot as pak. . But Ill still include you in a prayer.

yes, this country was founded on christian beliefs, but such beliefs are archaic and suffocating. Becoming overly offended by a 75X75 pixel image is as immature as you claim pakrat is (which he is not). You are more than a little overzealous Hop. Chill out for a while.

on a side note, is hell a burning infreno, or a cold desolate wasteland?

btw: Fuzzy, I recomend you stay away from drunk christmas cookies with tattoo guns. Imagine the bald spot when the thing is finally removed..... ouch....

Tell ya what. Ill forego my personal opinions on this reply and make a simple inquiry to YOU , 65 .

This is a quote from you :
, I too am a Christian, born and raised in the Holy Roman Catholic Church, and a FIRMLY BELIEVE I am still alive because of GOD's will

These are defined descriptions of what the objects we are discussing represent to Christians ( in general).

Upside Down Cross - Symbolizes mockery and rejection of Jesus. Necklaces are worn by many satanist's.
Goat Head - The horned goat, goat of mendes, Baphomet, god of the witches, the scapegoat. It's a Satanists way of mocking Jesus as the "Lamb" who died for our sins.

As copied from the page posted in the last thread.

Now , with that in mind, you are in direct conflict with what you say , and what you defend. Yeah, this America, freedom of speech , I know all that. But had it been someone here that you LIKE , as opposed to lil ol moi , something tells me this subject would have taken a diffrent route. All I ever said was that as a Christian , the inverted Cross , as described above , is blasphemic , and offensive , and when pushed about it , indeed said Id defend my stance on it , even with hostile remarks. Penguin , God bless him, did the right thing and changed it .Not because of me mind you. Now , here we are. With your quote from above , and what the inverted symbol is widely recognized as , why do you defend , and even place it here ? You know its offensive in nature to a lot of Christians, yet you dont care. Yet, you ARE a Christian , God let you live , and here you are posting this image which is defined in the words above. Why ? .
