Best mounting points for engine hoist chains? Please help

I'm about to swap motors in my 90 GT and I was wondering where is the best place to hook the two chain attachments on an engine hoist. I don't have a lift plate for the intake, even though that looks to be the most stable way.

Also, what is the best bolt holes to use when mounting on an engine stand, and what bolts are best for that job?

Thanks so much for all of your help!

I saved my factory engine lift plates when I changed the headers out. I put them on the shelf and I'm glad I did. They came in very handy a couple of years ago. I know a lot of people lift them by the intake but that makes me nervous. I've seen too many stripped out intake bolt holes to trust them.

use the holes on the front and back of the heads like people already said.

For the stand just use the bolts on the block that the bellhousing bolts to

the best way I find is to use bolts in the heads where the accessories mount, on front and back of engine. But the key to a smooth lift is to use a leveling bar as seen in this photo. They ususally have eyelets to put the bolts through at the end of the chains
